We paid $130 for one nights stay in july... winter! the heater didn't work, at 6° with a 3 month old baby... feels like we slept in a tent. Office was closed so too bad for us. Told the owner the next day... he said... "did you press the button" great to be treated like we're stupid.. lol. He checked and saw it didn't work. Didn't care to offer us any rebate or anything. Very unprofessional and rude. Wont be going back.
